The first visit was great the second visit the chicken was so dry it was hard to eat.My sister had the same type of experience with her two visits. Get the name of the chef on the good nights and plan your visits accordingly.

I am hope the mgt reads this and makes adjustments as I reeeeeally want this place to make it, but fellas you need to learn how to cook !!!! Every order we had was so over done !! the maui maui was as dry as a chicken bone. Table of four and each order was over cooked to death !! Sat at a booth and they cleared the table by having us pass the plates over the short wall to them. maybe this is how they do it in GJ where the owner lives but it ain't gonna cut it here.
