Skip the fried appetizers and order a fresh papaya salad or the spicy Thai beef salad, flecked with slivers of red onion. The chicken satay appetizer is fantastic. The entree selection includes a wide range of curry bowls, the most popular items on the menu. The green curry is the best of the lot- a creamy, basil infused curry that is incredibly satisfying. In spite of the creamy texture, the curry uses no dairy products. It's excellent with chicken, but equally good with shrimp or tofu. The Bangkok bowl, vegetables and meat over rice, is an excellent non-curry alternative. Order the Beef Boat bowl if you are really hungry. And, of course, the Pad Thai, a Thai standard, delivers a sweet and salty punch. It's an extra bonus that many menu items are gluten-free and surprisingly healthy. This is a mecca for vegetarians, who will be able to find meat-free menu options without sacrificing taste.
