Add Your Review December 8, 2009 Overall Rating:  One of my favorite restaurants in the valley. Off the dinner menu, I personally recommend the escargot and Bernard's osso bucco. For breakfast, almost anything is a winner: try the magnificent French toast or the hearty Farmer's Eggs. And, throughout the winter season, Bernard's soups can't be beat.
